  • Delivered end-to-end design solutions for major product features in the Moxa app, ensuring smooth handoff and alignment with business goals.

  • Translated product goals into clear user flows and high-fidelity UI through collaboration with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders.

  • Scaled the Moxa design system by refining reusable components and enhancing documentation.

  • PPOB (Top Up & Tagihan): Designed end-to-end flows for mobile top-ups, PLN, BPJS, and other recurring payments and bills, increasing user retention and task success rates. Enhanced transaction including AstraPay integration and error handling.

  • Moxa Mart (E-Commerce): Developed early product listing, add-to-cart, and checkout experience, integrated with FIFADA platform. Added cross-selling features to boost conversion.

  • Moxa Xtra (Loyalty Program): Designed gamified tiering system with missions, tiering, and employee verification.

  • App Stickiness & Engagement Features: Designed and improved cross-functional features such as in-app notifications, promotions, and voucher modules to increase retention and user engagement across Moxa services.
